Refund Policy 

All payments are final, non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Attempting a chargeback or opening a dispute will result in permanent and irreversible removal from all of our servers, webstore and Discord server. Failure to comply with our rules may result in removal from the network, in which case you will not be eligible for a refund. Any attempt to initiate a chargeback will lead to the escalation of any temporary suspension to a permanent ban. 

Rank Upgrades

All ranks are cumulative in price and are a one time purchase. Your current rank price will be automatically reduced from your next purchase. Meaning, if you want to upgrade your rank, just select the next rank you want, and the price will automatically be discounted down for you!  If you do not see your discounted rank price please open a ticket before checkout so we can resolve this for you! Ranks purchased after checkout are not eligible for compensation or credit.

Account Policy / User Policy

i. Sakura Realms is not responsible for any items bound to an account that has been lost by means of password/user info or that has been revoked by Mojang AB. You are responsible for the safety of your own account. Purchasing a rank ties the payment to the account username it is applied to at checkout. Sakura Realms will not transfer assets bound to one account to another account. Includes but not  limited to: Ranks, vote points, land claims, tags.

ii. Sakura Realms reserves the right to remove, ban, or restrict access to any player, with or without notice, if their actions are deemed harmful, disruptive, or otherwise detrimental to the community and gameplay experience. This policy is in place to ensure a fair, enjoyable, and safe environment for all players.

Ban Policy

If you have been banned from the Sakura Realms Minecraft Server you have broken one of our rules or have been deemed disruptive to the community.  If you would like to appeal your ban please fill out the Google form attached. https://bit.ly/3RAiWqw

If you are eligible for an unban your punishment will be removed from your account and you will be able to access the server again. 

Some things to keep in mind:

i. If you have been banned more than once you are not eligible for an appeal

ii. If you are banned from the Minecraft server your discord account will also be banned or unverified from the discord server

iii. Before you appeal please make sure to review all the rules and understand why you received your punishment

Frequently Asked Questions

I have not received my rank! | Buyable items can take up to 15 minutes to apply after purchasing. If you have still not recieved your rank, please open a ticket in our Discord or email support@sakurarealms.net

Do I need PayPal? | No! We accept 45 different gateways for payments. 

Why is my Visa card is declining? | If you are sure you have the correct funds, try PayPal or another card holder /payment method (ex. MasterCard Card payment, Cashapp, Apple Pay)

My purchase was flagged for fraud | Please try using incognito mode on your browser or contacting your bank to authenticate the purchase
